    We hope that you will be able to join us for our annual meeting at the New England Gathering of hereditary societies. OFFRI-PP will be hosting this year from Friday, October 17, to Monday, October 20. Event planning is underway.

    Meetings will be held serially on Saturday afternoon (HOFFMA, ODAHAC, PHS, OFFRI-PP, OFFCT, OFFVT). We have a common room for three hours, giving each society 30 minutes to conduct its business.

     Our hotel will be the Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick (Airport). The hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the TF Green Providence Airport, which is three miles away. The room rate is $179/night.
